Giving Back
For me, photographing wild horses has never been just about creating beautiful images. It is about bearing witness to lives that deserve to be seen, respected, and protected.
Every horse I photograph has a story. They experience friendship, loss, resilience, devotion, and the daily challenge of surviving in an ever-changing landscape. Through my work, I hope to reveal not only their extraordinary beauty, but also their individuality and spirit. When people connect emotionally with these magnificent animals, they are far more likely to care about their future.
Advocacy is at the heart of everything I do. My camera allows me to share the lives of wild horses with people who may never have the opportunity to stand quietly among a herd. If my photographs inspire someone to appreciate, protect, or speak up for America's wild horses, then they have fulfilled a purpose far beyond the image itself.
Giving back is an important part of that commitment. Each year, a portion of the proceeds from my fine art print sales is donated to nonprofit organizations dedicated to protecting and preserving wild horses. Every piece collected not only brings the beauty of the wild into a home, but also helps support the ongoing efforts to ensure future generations can experience these iconic symbols of freedom where they belong—in the wild.
It is an incredible privilege to be accepted by these herds and trusted with documenting their lives. My hope is that every photograph serves as both a work of art and a reminder that wild horses are not simply part of our history—they are a living part of our American heritage, deserving of our respect, our admiration, and our voice.

My Family
Behind every photograph I create is the unwavering love of my family. They are my greatest supporters, my biggest encouragers, and the steady foundation that allows me to pursue my passion for wildlife and wild horse photography. They celebrate every success, lift me through every challenge, and believe in my dreams even when the path is uncertain. Their love, patience, and constant encouragement inspire me to keep creating, advocating, and sharing the beauty of the natural world. I am incredibly grateful for them, and every image I capture carries a little piece of the love and support they have given me.

Everything I Do
I started out photographing musicians in the 90's. I have done commercial photography, portraits, weddings, and pet photography.
In 2012, I started photographing wild horses. Immediately taken by them, I realized I had found a passion I would never let go of. I have looked in the eyes of every wild horse I have encountered and made a personal promise to do what I could to help protect them. I have had tremendous support and love in my life and now it is time to share my passion. Whether it be through offering prints or spending time with fellow horse lovers at photo workshops, I am humbled to have that opportunity.
